Common questions answered
We are open to taking on the management of sites which we haven’t developed ourselves, as long as it’s based on WordPress and dependant upon the themes and plugins you have in place.
If you are interested in us managing your site for you, please contact us first.
You can pay either monthly or annually, whatever is easiest for you. We’ll set up a Direct Debit so that payments are claimed automatically, though you’ll still receive an invoice receipt for your own records.
The service fee covers the license fees for many of the plugins which are part of our development stack including:
- Bricks (theme)
- Elementor Pro
- Rank Math Pro
- Gravity Forms
- Admin Columns Pro
If your site has any other commercially-licensed plugins or themes which are not covered, you will need to ensure you have your own licenses for them in order for us to be able to keep them up to date (but don’t worry, we can help you with this).
