PlanetHPC is a new project from the EPCC group at Edinburgh University which we have just designed and launched a website for.

They came to us wanting a clean, efficient website design for a website which would have both public and private content to allow them to give out information relating to the project and its subject area. 

We built the site using 1.5 and configured secure members-only access to certain pages and content for them.  We also installed and configured a forum through which their members could post messages and participate in discussions relating the project and beyond.

In addition we made use of the JoomDoc plugin to allow them to prevent unauthorised access to the documents which they were offering for download to ensure that only members could access them.

The site is now live at www.planethpc.eu.
